We started in 1996 and continue our production activities without slowing down, with all our technological infrastructure in a total production area of 44.000 m2 (16.000 m2 closed) in 2 different locations (Çorlu-Manisa).
While we continue to serve as the solution partner of the main industrialists with our 24-year experience in the sector, we continue our technological investments with our innovation projects in the process of accretion value that we create for different sectors.
With Acrete, our new product that we have brought to life as a result of the long efforts of our R&D team, we have started to make our name known in the automotive and agricultural tools sectors by developing our product range with sheet forming and metal processing operations with the investments made.
Cast iron was a product without alternative, but Acrete changed this situation. Acrete, which we have brought into the market of tractor weights, provides advantages with lower cost, lower energy consumption and an environmentalist product feature compared to molding.
We had a nativel and national attack in the tractor weight product category. We can produce solutions for all types of tractors according to the tractor specifications.
Our R&D units can get fast results with different design options according to tractor features. Our patented product, which is registered worldwide, is completely native and national, from production to design.
Our innovative product, which we brought to our sector as a result of rigorous studies, has become the focus of attention thanks to its low cost and low energy saving. It has started to take its place in the market as an alternative to cast weights.
Our technological product, which we have commissioned as tractor rear wheel and front bag weights, has been produced after 2 years of meticulous teamwork.
It was completed in a total of 2 years, with the design phase being 1 year and the transition phase to manufacturing being 1 year.
Currently, with our R & D and P&D team of 15 people, we continue to develop products and designs from an innovative point of view.
Acrete can be adapted for all kinds of tractors and can be designed in accordance with customer demands. While Acrete adds aesthetics to the tractor with its design, it is also a product that resists the most difficult outdoor conditions and does not harm the environment.
All laboratory and measurement tests of our acrete weight product have been performed and received full approval. Our product is also a product that has all the quality certificates and has gained the appreciation of farmers in the domestic and abroad fields and proves its worth.
We continue our efforts with Turk Tractor, the leader of the sector in Turkey, by strengthening our solution partnership. We aim to represent our country by increasing our existing 1,200 tons capacity to 2,500 tons at the end of the year as well as reaching the goals we have planned internal and contributing to the national economy with a native and national product abroad.
